Our Mission
At Concierge CC, we are dedicated to helping students achieve their college dreams by providing comprehensive counseling services that cater to their individual needs. Whether you are a 9th grader, or 12th grader, it is never to early or late to begin planning for life after high school. Connie Jacobs is here to provide you with impeccable support throughout your high school years. Connie has her Master's Degree in Counseling and her Pupil Personnel Services Credential in School Counseling. Connie is currently the College and Career Readiness Coordinator for the Irvine Unified School District. With 22 years experience in the Irvine Unified School District as a professional school counselor, Connie has supported students and families in their college admission journey.
