Our Mission
At Concierge CC, we are dedicated to helping students achieve their college dreams by providing comprehensive counseling services that cater to their individual needs. Whether you are a 9th grader, or 12th grader, it is never to early or late to begin planning for life after high school. Connie Jacobs is here to provide you with impeccable support throughout your high school years. Connie has her Master's Degree in Counseling, her Pupil Personnel Services Credential in School Counseling, and is currently a College and Career Readiness Counseling Coordinator. With 22 years experience in School Counseling, Connie has supported hundreds of students and families in successfully navigating their college and career readiness journeys.
