Connie Jacobs is here to provide you with impeccable support throughout your high school years. Connie has her Master's Degree in Counseling and her Pupil Personnel Services Credential in School Counseling. Connie is currently the College and Career Readiness Coordinator for the Irvine Unified School District. With 22 years experience in the Irvine Unified School District as a professional school counselor, Connie has supported students and families in their college admission journey.
